case sensitivity (was: Maxima release)

The only keyword I came across which needs to be uppercased is IN (and
I do regard this as a bug). The new contributions to the share
directory are already lower case only. New functions which are to be
used by old (upper case Macsyma language) code have to be uppercased,
though (see genut.mac in

http://members.inode.at/wjenkner/maxima/genut-1.0.tar.gz

for an example of this and some comments).
