TeXmacs and Maxima 5.9.0

Maxima 5.9.0 is soon to be released. Unfortunately, the command line
syntax for the new version of maxima is incompatible with the old
version. I have attached a proposed tm_maxima script which will work
with both new and old versions of Maxima. Please let me know if you have
any questions.
