I've put a new version of my Reference Manual up on
http://starship.python.net/crew/mike/TixMaxima
in HTML and now in PDF. Cross-references and index should work in both,
though the links to demo and usage notes are still wrong.
Still no guarantee on the content, but at least It's now almost
converted up to LaTex2e and the perl5 latex2html, so I'm making
progress.
