Definitions in translated files

Several of Maxima's files are translated from Maxima-language sources
(desoln, elim, invert, nusum,ode2,transs,trgsmp).

Two issues:

1) All of them have Maxima source files (*.mac/*.mc) in the Share
directory except for Trgsmp (in the 5.9.0rc1 source tree); and I don't
see it in the sourceforge CVS (but maybe I'm looking in the wrong
place). The file appears to exist in CVS at utexas:
http://cvs.ma.utexas.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/maxima/share/trgsmp.mc?cvsro
ot=maxima . Shouldn't this be added back into the tree?

2) The way Translate works, function definitions in the translated files
aren't picked up by the default etags settings. This can be fixed by
eliminating the spaces before (DEFPROP $functionname T TRANSLATED) by
hand, by modifying Translate to add a redundant unested and therefore
unindented defprop just before the eval-when, or by defining a
regex-lisp pattern in etags.

For now, in my personal copy, I've just removed the leading spaces.

Fixing Translate would be better, of course, but I'm too lazy right now
to figure out how.

Regex-lisp would work, though it's ugly, but not all installations of
etags support that.
