Compile problem under RH 8.0 using CLisp

There are some problems with Clisp 2.30 and Maxima. I know 2.29 works
well. I recommend sticking with Clisp 2.29 until this problem is
resolved. I updated README.lisps with this information, but I neglected
to commit my changes to CVS. Sorry. The information is in CVS now.

It isn't clear to me yet whether the problems with Maxima and 2.30 are
bugs in Maxima, bugs in Clisp, or both. My guess at this point is "both"
but I don't know enough to be sure.
