Dear James,
I am extremely thankful to you not only for Maxima for Windows,
but now for the recent bug fixes. Many sincere thanks for your
so detailed and careful work.

I intend to follow your instructions, but, as you know, I am not very
efficient in preparing such files. Yet, with so detailed instructions in
your previous messages, many thanks for these instructios, this will
be done, surely. I will let you know.
Finally, I confirmed once more that in the so important
"INTRODUCTION TO MACSYMA"
document in the file
INTROMAX.HTML
in . . . \doc\html\intromax.html
the author (first author) is Rand (with R) and NOT Hand (with H),
Richard H. Rand. The second author is Dieter Armbruster. I do
not intervene about the second author omission there (I do not
know the details), but for the first author I insist that his name is
Rand (not Hand). He is famous with Macsyma in perturbation theory
(so many results).
If possible, please check and correct this typing error. It's important
for the fame of Maxima. Professor Rand gave as this document.
We cannot disappoint him in this way! Many sincere thanks!
(I had mentioned this typing error last year too in some message
if I remember correctly.)
Many sincere thanks again and best regards,
Nikos
