I'm afraid this is an expected bug. The command-line interface under
windows is mostly broken. It's my fault -- I didn't think through the
way maxima would work under windows when I put together the maxima
wrapper script. I have a plan for a new scheme that will properly
accommodate command-line maxima under windows, but I probably won't have
time to implement it for a while yet. The fact that someone is asking
for it does encourage me to get around to implementing the new plan.
