gentran

As the version of gentran on the CVS appears to be for Vaxima, am I
right in thinking it is in Franz Lisp not Common Lisp? The following
reference mentions converting using an automatic translation tool
called fl2cl. Am I right in thinking this is necessary, and does anyone
have this tool?
