I'm writing a research article on Computer Algebra, and want to add a
link to the Maxima documentation to my bibliography. I found that the
section I need to link to has a URL that looks like this:
http://maxima.sourceforge.net/docs/macref/node30.html
... which I find annoying, since if the document changes much, that
might no longer be node 30! I wonder if there's a tex to html out there
that names the pages after the section headings or labels instead?
(tex2page does not, looks like)
I will instead link to the index and give the name of the clicker for
them to find. That will be a more stable reference, right?
