It's been suggested that in emaxima, the noshow cells can serve the
purpose of the initialization cells (which can optionally be
evaluated before any other cells).
If noone disagrees, then, I'll get rid of the initialization cells.
I'd like to use the
\beginmaxima[...]
for something else.
Other options are to use a different indicator for initialization
cells, or leave them as they are.
Any opinions?
