Thank you very much for your interest!
No I have not,
but meanwhile,
after a couple of days of continual and tedious "trial and errors",
finally I found that
I have to disable,
by renaming,
the source of trouble
ROUstNT.dll of the Reachout 8.43
to make Maxima starting up again
in both of the systems.
Sincerely,
p e z
