Default Maxima's plotting system

The Schelter's window is designed for openmath plot format. In fact,
when you push "save" the plot will be saved as "maxout.openmath" . You
can see it later with "omplotdata maxout.openmath". To save in ps you
have to define option [PLOT_FORMAT,PS] .
