Non functional menu is a known bug of openmath plot window
(Maxima bug #694179). Bug depends on the underlying
window manager. As far as I know it shows up under
sawfish, matacity and xfce. KDE, IceWm, WindowMaker,
BlackBox, fvwm, Enlightement should be OK.
