I think that's about 10% of the current maxima code base. I'm willing to
live with 10%.

I think it's only worth considering splitting up the current maxima
image if we do so globally. It is something that could go on the TODO
list.
The Pocket PC crowd might benefit from a smaller image. I don't know who
else would see a substantial benefit.
