I use the xmaxima system which is, I think, bundled with Tcl.
I have a copy of Texmacs on a Knoppix stand-alone CDROM UNIX system.
I've use that twice.
If you want to replace xmaxima with something newer or better, I will
not use it unless it runs on Windows.
