There is now a Maxima wiki in operation at: http://maxima.sf.net/wiki
I am the wiki administrator.
A wiki is a collaboratively edited web site. Anyone can edit
pages and create new pages. It is somewhat different from the
mailing list in that topics don't "scroll away".
I have put up some initial text, including a mostly-empty page
called "Design Notes". Other possible topics could include
"How-to", "Solved Problems", or "Code Snippets".
I hope that discussions of topics that come up repeatedly can
be carried out at the wiki, so that points that were made
before need not be rehashed.
Hopefully the wiki will prove to be a useful addition to the
collection of tools at Maxima's disposal.
