The bug database at sourceforge has a huge set of bugs that will be
addressed in due time. The current plan is to have a focus on bug fixing
for the Maxima 5.9.3 release. Right now, however, we are focusing on
some more foundational issues, case sensitivity in particular. We have
never had a policy of assigning bugs to individual developers, even
though the sourceforge bug database allows it.
Your contribution to the bug database is valuable. Please don't be
discouraged if your bug isn't acknowledged immediately.
