moved src/flatten.lisp to share/algebra/charsets/ and related changes

Question - do we preserve the nset filename or make this the new
set.lisp? Either one is fine I just propose we make sure in the file
people know the history and why the file is named nset as opposed to
set. (I can't wait to update maximabook with the new set features :-).
In addition to the other gazillion updates/rewrites it needs :-/.)

Barton, is the version we have in cvs current? I haven't checked to
see if it's current in a while (I'm waaay behind on updates - I still
have to get that Zeilberger fix in there) so we might need to get the
most recent version from your website. We should also integrate your
nset docs into the manual too, if that's OK?

Exciting stuff! Glad to see such progress. How do we stand on 5.9.2
issues, by the way? Are we getting close to a release point yet?

Cheers,
CY

P.S. - I notice the docs for nset mention a Kronecker delta function is
defined there. There are lots of physics related problems that just
loooove to throw in Kronecker deltas - does it make sense/is it
workable to make Maxima more aware of how to work with delta functions
for things like integration? (IIRC Maxima currently doesn't know much
about how to use them?)
