Excellent - that's a big help! 100x better than the old texinfo
description.
I have one suggestion for a discussion point off the top of my head:
Why does tellsimpafter not work on atoms? (if I understand correctly
this is what prevents me from successfully using tellsimpafter to do
the unit simplification, although I could be wrong - see my email
looking inside the process calls for non-MKS units).

I'd say copy as much as possible, including the breakdown of the
internals. For that it might help to add a line by line discussion of
what it is doing and what the implications are, since simplification is
one of those things people could want to know the nitty gritty on. (Or
it could just be me ;-).
