Hi Jorge,
I have generated html files from the texinfo files
which you emailed to me. You can see the results at:
http://maxima.sourceforge.net/docs/original/pt/maxima_pt.html
Some notes --
(1) texi2html -split_chapter -nosec_nav -lang pt -nomenu maxima_pt.texi
(2) There are several ways to translate texinfo->html:
(a) texi2html bundled with tetex, (b) texi2html from
https://texi2html.cvshome.org, (c) texi2html bundled with Maxima,
and (d) makeinfo's built-in texinfo->html.
Whatever the merits of (a), (b), and (d), the texi2html
bundled with Maxima doesn't understand diacritical marks
like @,{c} and it is not worth the trouble to fix it.
I generated the html files linked above by (a).
I haven't read all of the stuff you translated, but the
part I did read looks good to me. Thanks a lot for your
work on this project!
