htdocs/docs/original/*.{html,pdf} scheduled for withdrawl from cvs

Hello,

Following discussion with Jim Amundson and Cliff Yapp,
I am planning to remove the files htdocs/docs/original/*.{html,pdf}
from cvs (but still displaying them on the Maxima web site).
These files are automatically generated from the texinfo
files maxima/doc/info/*.texi (the Maxima reference manual).
The texinfo files are not part of this plan.

Jim said that whatever Cliff and I agreed is OK by him.
After I wrote to Cliff, he agreed. I am just checking to 
make sure that there isn't opposition from some other 
quarter. If I don't hear anything I'll go ahead in a day or two.
