trgsmp.mac and translated files

That is probably best.

I guess that depends on whether people want to be able to translate
the code.  Presumably, this would help speed up maxima code, without
forcing the user to rewrite everything in Lisp himself.

I also assume that's why trigsimp and friends were translated instead
of using the original mac files.  But machines are probably 2-3 orders
of magnitude faster now than they were in early 80's.
