I tried defsystem 3.6i from clocc with gcl 2.6.7. maxima can be built
using gcl and this defsystem. I would appreciate it if some other gcl
user could verify this. (My builds of gcl are always kind of weird,
because I have to manually modify a lot of the build files.)
If it goes well, I'm inclined to use defsystem 3.6i. We will,
unfortunately, lose the changes for SCL.
