The stuff described on the page at Caltech describes a package
named specfun, which has been superseded by a package named
orthopoly. The orthopoly documentation wasn't built into 5.9.3
html docs because orthopoly is a add-on package. For future releases,
add-on package docs will be merged into the rest of the html.
? orthopoly
at the interactive prompt shows the available documentation
for the package.
We have made a lot of progress towards organizing
code and documentation in a more useful way,
but there is still a ways to go. Onward and upward!
