omplotdata merged into xmaxima

Hi,
the script used by Openmath, omplotdata, is a subset of the Tcl/Tk
scripts in XMaxima. It just has a few extra lines in a header and
a footer.
I have merged those extra lines into xmaxima in a way that xmaxima
can serve both functions (the traditional xmaxima plus omplotdata).
This has the advantages of making both programs easier to maintain
and saving some space in the binary distribution. Vadim will
have to distribute one less package for Windows, saving about
1.5 MBytes and some extra trouble.

You can see a few more details in an Xmaxima manual that I have
just committed into interfaces/tex/Xmaxima (a PDF version can be
found in http://fisica.fe.up.pt/pub/maxima/manual/Xmaxima.pdf )

I have also updated src/plot.lisp and share/contrib/plotdf.lisp
to use xmaxima instead of omplotdata. Can you think of any other
packages that might need to be updated? I think there is a new
contrib package that plots implicit functions. I will look into
it.

Cheers,
Jaime
