renaming undocumented Bessel functions g0, g1, gn

Why not call them scaled_bessel_i?  bessel_g is pretty confusing,
because there's no commonly called Bessel function G, but bessel_i,
bessel_y, etc, make sense because there are Bessel functions I, Y,
etc.
