I don't know is this relevant or not but I noticed one mistake
in Windows installer.  It seems that working directory of wxMaxima
shortcut in the menu has wrong working directory - Maxima installation
dir instead of /wxMaxima subdir of this directory.
Desctop shortcut is OK.  Andrej, is this important?
Shall I repackage Windows installer?
