Solving asinh(), sqrt() and exp() terms

Hi folks,

Short question:
How do I solve:
   > integrate(sqrt(1+((exp(y)-1)^2/16)),y,0,1);
my maxima just gives me a long termin 
with sqrt() asinh() and %E.
How to get the final solution??
