Will have to ask Vadim for help, since I do not have a Windows machine
where to build Xmaxima.

The link that opens the chm file in the help menu executes a Windows
program. We cannot do that from the browser without some major changes.
For this release I will rather modify the Maxima Primer and instead of
linking to the manual, tell the user that the manual can be opened
from the help menu.
Anyway, the figures in the manual has made it difficult to be read in
the browser.

Thanks, I'll fix them.

Oh, I have no idea. I will try to find out where Tk keeps the text that
cuts.
Thanks a lot for you review.
