documentation for grobner package

Guenter, thanks for sending the document. I'll commit the .texi file to cvs
(unless someone does it before me).

Not sure what we should do with the pdf. Options: (1) Generate pdf
from texinfo and include pdf in maxima package (rpm or Windows
installer). (2) Post pdf on Maxima web site, do not include in package.
(3) Merge texinfo into reference manual so Groebner pdf is generated
as part of the reference manual.

In any event, I don't want to put the pdf in cvs.

This is a somewhat general topic, since several add-on packages
have their own documentation which can be read more or less
independently from the reference manual or other documentation.
