This means they probably use GCL as underlying LISP, where 128Mbytes,
hmmm, let me think, (*clikc*cluck*clack*) is enough.

The most probable problem (given these 128Mb) - they may be running
Windows 95/98/Me series, and this could be source of the problem -- this
OS is supported but largerly untested, because even microsoft officially
drops support of these versions.
