[wxm] running demo with options



Current cvs wxmaxima can load a wxm file without executing commands.
You can then execute commands by selection the input and pressing
CTRL+ENTER. All commands and all text is displayed at the beginning of
the session but you can execute commands in steps. Maybe this can be
helpfull with presentations. If you would like to get a windows build
of current cvs send me an mail.
