Professor Wester,
Thank you for generously agreeing to permit the release of your
Macsyma test scripts under the terms of the GNU GPL.
I appreciate your help very much, and I believe this will be
very useful for the Maxima project.
I have copied the test scripts from your web site
(http://www.math.unm.edu/~wester/demos)
and committed them to Maxima CVS:
http://maxima.cvs.sourceforge.net/maxima/maxima/tests/wester_problems
The only modifications thus far are to rename the files, and to
paste a license notice on each file.
However I expect that the scripts will be modified to act as Maxima
test scripts, with pairs of expressions, the first being some input and
the second being the expected result.
All the best,
Robert Dodier
PS. The license notice pasted onto each file is similar to the following:
/* Original version of this file copyright 1999 by Michael Wester,
* and retrieved from http://www.math.unm.edu/~wester/demos/
