Info files fail to build in CVS

I'm unable to build the info files from the current CVS.  My version of
makeinfo complains about the following in zeilberger.texi

@iftex
@deffn {Function} parGosper (@math{F_{n,k}}, @var{k}, @var{n}, @var{d})
@end iftex
@ifnottex
@deffn {Function} parGosper (@math{F_(n,k)}, @var{k}, @var{n}, @var{d})
@end ifnottex

Is this supposed to work?  Do I need to update my version of makeinfo
(4.11)?
