I have never used it. But I could try it for other purposes, since in
general I'm not very happy with wine.
My problem is that in Linux, draw calls gnuplot via pipes, and in
windows via a system call. Since I don't have a windows system at hand,
when I write some code here, I don't know how it works there.
On the other hand, wgnuplot is another source of problems. Some common
terminals used in draw are (or were) not supported in the windows
version.
That's the only reason I need maxima on windows.
