Maxima 5.21.1 release

Hi,

I just installed Maxima 5.21.1 and the command line works okay but wxMaxima is very, very slow for some reason. It
takes about a 1 and 1/2 minutes to load and start maxima.exe. Usually this happens in seconds. After loading it works
okay until I tried wxdraw2d(). wxdraw2d() take about 15 times longer to plot than previous versions.

I think there is a problem with wxMaxima on my Windows 7 64 bit system. I don't know if any other OS's have this
problem. I have not found a workaround for this.
