A windows installer is now available:

I have added grcommon.lisp and drawdf.mac files which were missing
from the tarball. I have also upgraded gnuplot to 4.4. Small changes
to plot.lisp and maxima.iss are required for gnuplot 4.4. These are
not yet in cvs but I will commit them soon and should be included in
the final 5.23 version.
