lapack and wxMaxima release

I know wxMaxima from 5.16 release.
Lapack load is very hard, on all
version, only  with wxMaxima 5.25.1
lapack load works fine in Windows XP.
In the last wxMaxima 5.27 is not possible
to load lapack.
