Other way to a not supported inverse laplace transform with maxima?

Hi,

I am running Maxima 5.27 and need to use maxima for laplace and inverse 
laplace transforms involving heaviside functions.  I came across the 
mail at http://www.ma.utexas.edu/pipermail/maxima/2011/024967.html that 
seemed to indicate that using pwilt this is possible.  However, I seem 
to be unable to run the function.  When I run load(pwilt)$ as in the 
sample code in the mail I get the following error:

file_search1: pwilt not found in file_search_maxima,file_search_lisp.
  -- an error. To debug this try: debugmode(true);


Am I missing something?
