svg file containing non ascii character with draw on windows

Hi,

I am using draw package to create svg files and it works fine except 
when I have character like '?'.
I can cope with that editing the file but is there an option for this case?

Anyway thank you for this very useful package.

I work on Windows with wxMaxima 12.04.0
