@var just became @mvar in the texinfo documentation

Cool. Sorry that I haven't gotten around to reverting it yet. I've
actually spent a bit of time trying to refactor the info file parsing
stuff to run at build time (sensibly). I thought I'd make sure
everything worked with the info files compiled under both versions and
ask for review before pushing.

That, and I spent most of the weekend playing in an opera :-/

Since I made a bit of a mess merging in the var -> mvar change, it's not
completely trivial to revert, but it should only take half an hour or
so. Would you like me to do it immediately? I was planning to try to
work out whether we could just convince Texinfo to decorate its @var in
the way that we want, rather than undefining and redefining it.
