   You're right, and I'm sure Stavros is aware of that. However, the fact 
   remains that Windows executables are the must downloaded files from 
   Sourceforge, which means it is very important to keep them updated.

I would like to suggest that we put a 'help wanted' note on the
download page for the windows installer.

It might also be worth putting in a note/link on the topic of 'how and
why you should contribute...' on the same page.
