I first tried wxmaxima, it says not connected to maxima (I checked the
firewall too).
Also xmaxima gives error messages after starting and do not communicate
with you. I cannot copy paste it here, it doesn't allow and it is too long
to write unfortunately.
I was also unable to start the command line maxima from start.
Firewall tweaking didn't helped. The version is 5.28.0.2.
Yes, I downloaded the installer from repo.
