The hyperlink in the message points to the 5.30 version which is no longer
available. The 5.31 version can be downloaded bu copying the link in the
letter (
http://billinghurst.customer.netspace.net.au/maxima-5.31.0.exe)
to your browser.
It is great to have an updated windows binary. Thans very much to
David for making this available.
