Draw in Maxima 5.31.0

Mario & David,

I think I found the problem. I just loaded 5.31.0 on my XP. In wxmaxima, wxdraw2d( ) hung. 

I opened xmaxima and tried to load draw. I got a message that tcl/tk had been blocked. 

Once I removed the block, the problem seems to have been solved, both in xmaxima and in wxmaxima.
