Re: Translation of Maxima Reference manual into French

Well, they can be "included" of course in the main maxima distribution and 
/ or in TeXmacs, no problem :-)  But "incorporated", I don't know, as long 
as our American friends seem to be constrained to forbiding the diffusion 
of Maxima to Cuba, Iraq, etc.? Are we supposed to be constrained by DOE 
for eternity? If yes, I would prefer them not to be incorporated, and keep 
them separate to prevent them from falling in the clutches of DOE. 
Personally, I much prefer a citation of Pasteur (thanks to Jacqueline Zizi 
for pointing it to my attention):
