Hmmm... It sounds like I'm supposed to be St. Peter in this scenario.
That would be a stretch, to say the least...
The idea of the share/contrib directory was that we could put
contributed code there without much evaluation. That way we could add,
something like the recent contributions from Salvador Perez,
immediately, instead of asking him to wait until I found time to get
around to really evaluating/classifying his contribution.
If someone has found some of the code in share/contrib valuable and
wants to move it to a more logical directory, we can do so. The code
that remains in share/contrib shouldn't be regarded as inferior,
however.
