Agreed. Is there some good description of how to create test suite
entries? Also, are any of the packages tested by default? I know some
of the modern ones have had tests written, but I don't know if they've
been incorporated into the global test suite.

Agreed - we definitely should include that if it has been released.
Did he release it? I remember him mentioning it awhile ago but I don't
recall what came of it.

Yep. BTY, would the Zeilberger algorithm be more fitting as a share
package or as part of the core?
