removed src/set.lisp

Hello,

Just a heads up -- I have removed src/set.lisp as it is superseded
by share/contrib/nset/nset.lisp. I mention this because of the
potential for causing make to fail. I have covered the bases, I
believe, but it seems prudent to give fair warning. The cvs log
message is reproduced below.

Regards,
Robert Dodier

----------- begin cvs log message --------------
Moved src/set.lisp to share/algebra/charsets/set.lisp, as set.lisp
is superseded by nset.lisp (per comments by B Willis and S Macrakis
in share/contrib/nset/announce-1.2.txt and further comments by B Willis
to R Dodier via email).

set.lisp has been struck out of the list of files in each one of these:

  src/Makefile.am src/acl6-depends.mk src/clisp-depends.mk
  src/cmucl-depends.mk src/gcl-depends.mk src/openmcl-depends.mk
  src/sbcl-depends.mk

With these modifications, Maxima builds successfully (with clisp)
and run_testsuite() reports no unexpected errors.

"find . -type f |xargs grep -i -l '[^n]set\.lisp'" does not find
any mention of set.lisp except for some files (ChangeLog, a README,
and CVS Entries files) which are neither Lisp nor Maxima code.

"find share tests -name \*.mac -o -name \*.lisp -o -name \*.dem |xargs
grep -i 'load.*[^n]set'"
does not find any files in which load(set) or load("set.lisp")
or something like that is invoked.
