MaximaBook

The recent discussion about MaximaBook got me curious (I've been working
from an old 1970's manual from MIT) and I tried making a local copy.
All I did was to cd into the doc/MaximaBook directory and run make.
(I'm pretty sure I have all the required emacs and tex things installed
correctly, and, for example, maxima-mode and imaxima work as
expected).

In any event I get an error:

I've got breqn-0.64 installed in /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/breqn
